I always appreciate your "moments of mindfulness" What an incredible sunset, how lovely to witness something so fleeting and so full with incredible beauty! It truly does make us sit in quiet meditation. Thank you for sharing this Elizabeth.
Hello, I recently discovered your blog and I just had to tell how inspiring your words are. I love your moments of mindfulness posts - don't know about others but I definitely need reminding. I particularly liked your post about planting seeds - it was the perfect thing to read today. I love the way the universe finds ways to give me what I need even when I don't realise I need it :)
I appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment here. I love reading each and every one. If you have a question be sure to leave an email address as that seems to be the most efficient way to follow up with an answer.
